Inspired by our favourite cookie flavour, this bar is our first limited release, as part of our Secret Selection series. Our 68% single origin Dominican Republic dark chocolate, this time with delicious salty pistachios!
This chocolate is made with organic cocoa beans from the Zorzal estate and bird sanctuary in the heart of the cacao region of the Dominican Republic. The pistachios sourced from hand-harvesting farms in Greece and brought to us by the fine folks at fellow small business Hope + Arley.
The flavour is taken to the next level as the salty pistachios bring more intrigue to every bite when paired with the distinctive indulgent chocolatey profile of this bar, with rich deep flavours of red fruits and roasted coffee.
This bar may be made only once...or maybe more. We'll see!
